Martin Toha and His Voice Over IP Empire

Voice Over IP is a relatively new substitute to the 100-year old traditional phone companies. The usual method of communicating on the telephone needs a link from one unit to a different unit by the use of a elaborate application of cables or via satellites. Voice Over IP (aka VOIP) is a current scheme that allows you to use telephone systems, commonly more inexpensively, by working with high speed internet, a computer, and a microphone. Mr. Martin Toha saw the capabilities in this product, and initiated his empire with a simple telephony switch that he bought and leased to a colleague.

Once it was finished being exercised, Mr. Toha started off testing with distinctive options to get offer low-cost telephone program through this fresh advanced area. He started VOIP.com with a straightforward mission of offering low cost phone program with superior excellence.

The most arduous piece of the approach was not the specialized points, but rather the customer product arm of VOIP.com. From the beginning, consumers would call and object that the call quality was poor or that some international calls were not connecting, and cancelling by reason of these matters. The solutions to the technical matters were uncomplicated when the initial couple of months of business. Yet, controlling customer care was an additional concern completely that needed to be attended to as rapidly as possible. Several call centers were used; ultimately, a distinctive call center services was utilized.

Various call centers both in the US and off shore were used in the past, but there were merits and drawbacks to each supplier. The efficiency of each was centered on how many callers called in, how long the call up took, and how many callers called back within 72 hours. Incidentally, the best option he found was to have a work from home staff who handled calls from a laptop computer. All of these contractors are paid based on how long they are conversing to consumers, which varies from $200-$500 per week, and they are all in the US.

A further side of this VOIP.com is the development end. VOIP.com has a crew of ten designers, situated throughout the globe who make the program to increase call clearness and product. By having both his development teams and his customer program groups contracted, Martin Toha is able to keep the expense small, driving the financial savings to the customer. By remarkable project management, and the capacity to think on his feet, Mr. Toha has been in position to resolve the circumstances that had first given him a rocky start; and form a impressive organization based around the promising area of Voice Over IP solutions.
