IPBX for Anyone

Are you still having trouble switching over to the new technology in your business? Well don't worry anymore, here are some of the best tips you can ever get in order to switch over your company to VoIP.
The biggest problems everyone has is "I don't know anything of PC's or networks, or Servers", and that is ok, you don't have to. When you are done you will find that you don't have to be worried or get tired looking and looking on how to do this.
Today with new technologies and service companies you don't have to pay much for your new IPBX, you don't even have to buy a server or any major equipment, you just have to pay a minimum fee for the hosting of your new IPBX.
Get a company that will provide IPBX and call termination as well, someone that will combine your existing network and infrastructure with theirs. That is the most important thing, so you don't have to pay much for the transition. There are companies such as MarandaTel, 3CX, Bandtel, and many more out there, just pick the one that you feel you can have a great personal relationship with the provider, since you will want to be able to call them and have them set everything up for you.
When I started to look for IPBX, we got hit with people wanting to charge us up to $5,000 usd for the equipment plus all the phones, and we needed to also get our own provider, this was crazy and out of price range for anyone. Now you only need to get the deposit for the first month around $70 to $120 usd and you are up and running. WOW, yes, that is incredible, you only need to buy the phones or adaptors, but you get a full class IPBX for that amount, with call holding, automatic answer, IVR, different IVR trees, conferences, call waiting, voicemail, voicemail to email, follow me, ring groups, etc. And the best thing is that you can have different places connected to the same IPBX.
Hope this is helpful for all those of you that are still hesitating on switching over to IPBX.
